As we offer easy in/out terms the list may be subject to change, as clients move in/out or expand/retract as their needs change.
Security – Each Office Suite is connected to the Central Alarm System however if you require additional security or your own system this can be provided.
Included in the figures are heating, lighting, water and power, not included are rates (you would normally be able to claim the small business discount) and telephone/broadband.
