Prior to being converted in to offices the site was used as a small privately run Hotel as such the accommodation situated in the main building described above is across three floors. There is also a free standing single storey block at the rear of the site, when the Hollies was used as a Hotel this was a motel block. As such it is of a more modern construction though still built in the 1960’s.

The town of Whitchurch makes an ideal base for businesses that wish to have easy access to the rest of the country with the major conurbations of the West Midlands and the North West being only around an hour’s drive away. Whitchurch has a station which links to Shrewsbury and Crewe with trains at least hourly, including direct trains into Manchester and Cardiff.

The Offices at the Hollies are available on a two month rolling license, making them ideal for those moving from home working or starting from scratch, who want to try office accommodation without committing to a long lease. Though many of the business based at the Hollies have been here for many years, so if you are happy there is no need to move.

Included in the Licence fee is Heating, Lighting, Power, Toilet Facilities and Water. The only items not included is rates and comms i.e. telephone and broadband. This allows you to choose between fixed and mobile comms.

There is good onsite parking which is free and the Whitchurch town Centre is only 5 minutes walk away. The atmosphere on site is warm and friendly, with everyone supporting each other where possible.
