Security – Each Office Suite is connected to the Central Alarm System however if you require additional security or your own system this can be provided.
Included in the figures are heating, lighting, water and power, not included are rates (you would normally be able to claim the small business discount) and telephone/broadband.
All offices have Central Heating, Blinds to all windows, Telephone Points (requires BT or simliar connection) and access to comunal facilties ie Toliet and kitchente. All Offices on the first floor are carpeted and the majority of rooms on the ground floor are carpeted as well.
The offices in the free standing block facing the Car Park have Central Heating, Blinds to Window, Telephone point (requires BT or simliar connection) and thier own facilties.
